Transformations International, Inc., established in 1987, is an advanced medical weight loss company. It provides medical weight loss services to patients desiring a healthy, effective weight loss and management program as well as the advantages of medical assistance. The weight loss program consists of a three-phase approach guided by intensively trained medical professionals. A nutritionally sound and balanced dietary program is the backbone of the educational process used to guide patients to a healthier lifestyle. The program does not rely on prepackaged foods or liquid diets laden with additives, but rather on healthy foods from the grocery store.
The Company is headed by Linda Parker, R.N., Founder and Chairman, and business partner Bigler J. (“Trey”) Stouffer, III, President and CEO.

Linda K. Parker, R.N.
Transformations Medical Weight Loss is headed by Linda Parker, R.N., Founder and Chairman. As a single mother straight out of nursing school, she chose a job in the operating room, so she could spend nights at home with her son. Once she was able to be a little more flexible with her schedule, she pursued an opportunity in California that brought her into the weight loss world. It is here, where Linda found her true passion for helping patients with weight loss. “The physical transformation was unbelievable to watch, but the emotional journey that the patients went through had such a positive impact on me. This is when I knew I had found my calling.”
Linda opened the first Transformations Medical Weight Loss clinic in Lake Mary, Florida in 1987. Her love, devotion, and many years of helping patients succeed in their weight loss, has been very inspirational in guiding patients to better understand the importance of making lifestyle changes. There is nothing that pleases her more than to hear stories of patients’ successes in reaching their goal weight.
As the number of Transformations Medical Weight Loss clinics grew, Linda focused on ensuring both the quality of patient care and that program options were available to meet the needs of a growing patient base. Keeping her unwavering desire in helping patients, she sought out like-minded individuals with high standards who would care for patients just as she would. It speaks volumes when more than half of the employees have been with Transformations for over a decade.
Linda participates in ongoing education so that all Transformations programs meet her stringent guidelines for effective weight loss without sacrificing nutritional content. She continuously reviews Transformations program options available to ensure all patients are reached regardless of budget and dietary restrictions.
Community involvement for Linda is a challenging priority because of demanding business responsibilities and on-going corporate expansion. However, her commitment is strong. Linda is a Leadership Seminole Alumni and her company proudly contributes monthly to Habitat for Humanity, World Vision Children’s Fund, Morning Star, and the American Heart Association.
Linda currently resides in Lake Mary. She enjoys travel, especially to her hometown in rural Oklahoma and spending time with her friends and family.

Bigler J. “Trey” Stouffer, III
Trey was born in Lexington, Kentucky, and is the third generation of his family’s name. He was raised in Arnett, Oklahoma, where he attended Arnett High School and majored in business at Oklahoma State University.
In 1987, he began his career working with Transformations Medical Weight Loss. Due to his management style and business foresight, he was promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Transformations, with responsibilities to oversee the financial development and company growth. Since that time, he has been successful in developing the company’s overall financial strength, and in 1999 was recognized for his accomplishments with the position he currently holds as President and Chief Executive Officer of the corporation. Implementing his long-range business goals, he has been successful in developing the company’s professional relationships within the medical profession. His unique rapport within the medical society has proven to be beneficial in coordinating Transformations’ physician support teams, essential for the company’s weight loss clinics in the Central Florida area and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
After recognizing the benefits that natural products have on weight loss and health, he decided to develop Transformations’ own line of natural products in 2000. He realized the only way to maintain a high standard of pharmaceutical grade nutraceuticals would be to seek out a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Compliant Facility. In doing so, Transformations maintains the highest standards in their natural products.
