(10,000IU)
The small glass bottle contains your hCG powder. This medication will be mixed with sterile Bacteriostatic Water.
You will mix a specific amount of the bacteriostatic water with your bottle of hCG. You will use only the amount listed below for mixing.
80 injections
(10,000 IU hCG and 30 ml Bacteriostatic Water)
1. Clear a clean work area on your counter or table to mix your medication.
2. Wash your hands.
3. Open the box and remove both bottles (hCG bottle and Bacteriostatic Water bottle)
4. Check carefully the NAME, DOSAGE, of both bottles.
5. Use the thumb to lift the plastic lid or thumbnail to lift the tab off of the bottles, wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab or cotton ball soaked with alcohol. Do not remove the metal ring that holds the stopper in place.
6. Remove the 10 ml syringe, (the largest one) and attach the 22g needle (if not already attached). Remove the cap from the needle being careful not to touch the needle to any surface.
7. Insert needle into Bacteriostatic Water bottle, leaving bottle sitting upright on flat surface.
Turn bottle upside down and while keeping the needle inside the fluid withdraw 10ml of Bacteriostatic Water, then discard the Bacteriostatic Water that is in the syringe.
Note: Do not discard the syringe itself or the vial.
*(ML and CC are equivalent measurements)
Note: Not all syringes are marked the same way. Pay special attention to the exact 10ml(or cc) amount on the different syringe types.
8. Re-insert needle into the Bacteriostatic Water bottle using the same technique as in step 7, withdraw 10ml of Bacteriostatic Water.
Do Not Discard.
