Ingredients:
- 3 oz vanilla fat free yogurt 
- ½ cup total raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries 
- 1 tbsp sugar free preserves 
1 fruit and ½ dairy per serving
Instructions:
- Chop the strawberries 
- Mix yogurt with the preserves 
- Layer the berries and the yogurt mixture
