4 ½ oz. protein, 1 veggie, and 1 carb per serving
- ½ cup cooked black beans
- ¾ cup cooked brown or whole grain rice
- 1 tortilla (0-1 gram fat & not over 95 cal/serving)
- 1 ½ cups total shredded lettuce* and tomato
- ¼ cup salsa
- 1 tbsp fat free sour cream
- Roll up hot rice and beans in tortilla
- Top it with salsa and a dollop of free sour cream
- Serve on a bed of lettuce and tomato.
* Tip: Look for pre-shredded lettuce in produce department.
