Online Store Policies
Web orders are filled Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Friday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM . Any orders placed outside of those times will be filled the following business day.
Our online store does not ship items on the following holidays: New Year’s Day (1/1), Memorial Day (5/27), July 4th (7/4), Labor Day (9/2), Thanksgiving (11/28 & 11/29), and Christmas (12/24 & 12/25). Any orders placed during these days will be filled the following business day.
When filling out the information at the time of checkout, please verify that all information (name, address, email, phone number, and payment type) is correct.
The time frame given by the USPS during check-out is an estimated time frame. Once items are dropped into the USPS drop-box, we are no longer in control of or have any knowledge of where your package is located. When we create a shipping label, USPS should send you an email with your tracking information.
If using UPS as your preferred shipping method, please include a phone number since it is required by UPS to create a shipping label.
Due to new guidelines, we can not accept returns or give refunds on any products that leave our facility.
When using a Promo Code (i.e. Free Shipping), please note that this does not apply to select bundles as they already offer free shipping in their pricing. If, however, you purchase one of these Bundle with $100.00 additional products, the Promo Code will work.
Auto-Ship How-To
When you “Subscribe For Automatic Delivery” that means that you will be billed for and then receive that product for the frequency (ex: 2 weeks, 1 month, 1½ months, 2 months) you subscribed to. (Diagram 1.0) The “Subscribe” button also indicates that you want this order to be shipped to you at that frequency.
If you do not want this option, please use the section that has “Size”/ “Quantity” with a “Add to Cart” button and that will be for a one time purchase. (Diagram 2.0)
Product Auto-Ship Policies
Once you have a product on auto-ship, the product price and shipping rate are locked in. You will pay that same price even if the shipping price increases on the website.
In order to modify or cancel an auto-ship subscription, those are links located in the confirmation email you received with the purchase details. (FIG 1.0 - Below)
Once you click on the link to Update or Cancel the subscription, you will be taken to a page with your subscription and/or checkout information.
If you are Canceling your subscription, you will find your subscription item and click on “Remove this item” located below the subscription information. (FIG 2.0 - Below) Once you have removed your item, click on “Proceed To Checkout” located at the bottom of the right side of the page. (FIG 3.0 - Below)
On the next screen, look at “1 - Your Email” and verify that your email is correct. If it is, enter the password you created when you first subscribed to that product and then “Sign In”. (FIG 4.0 - Below) If you have forgotton your passoword, click on “Forgot Password?” and follow the steps to reset it.
Once you have logged into your account, the product that you were subscribed to should not show up on the left hand side of the screen. If it does, go ahead and click on “Remove this item” located below the subscription information. Once you have removed the item, scroll to the bottom to Step 5 and check the box that says “I have read and agree..” and then “Update My Subscription”.(FIG 5.0 - Below)
