Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cooked plain grits (you may use instant)

  • 1 ¼ oz fat free cheese, shredded

  • 1 medium granny smith apple

Instructions:

  1. Take the hot grits and stir in the cheese

  2. Serve with a fresh sliced apple
