Parsley Tea

Take 1 tbsp of dry parsley or ½ cup fresh parsley and add it to a quart of water. Put in 1 decaffeinated tea bag and leave for 30 seconds and remove. Serve over ice with Stevia if desired.

Vinegar

To 4 oz water, add 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (preferably organic). Drink three (3) glasses per day. Stevia may be added if desired.
