1. Wash your hands
2. Remove the plastic cap from each vial
3. wipe down the rubber stopper on the top of the bottle with an alcohol swab or cotton soaked with alcohol.
Do not remove the metal ring that holds the stopper in place.
4. Remove 10ml syringe from package

Some syringes come in two pieces, in which case, take the 10ml syringe out of the the package, remove tip cover avoiding contact with the tip of syringe. Open the 22 gauge needle package without touching the open end of the needle. Attach needle to syringe making sure it’s secure.
5. Pull back plunger and drawback air to the 5.2ml mark on the syringe then Inject this air into the Bacteriostatic Water vial.
Leave needle in bottle and invert bottle (turn bottle upside down).

6. Withdraw Bacteriostatic Water to the 5.2ml mark on the syringe.

Note:
Not all syringes are marked the same way.
Pay special attention to the exact 5.2ml(or cc) amount on the different syringe types.
7. Inject the Bacteriostatic Water into the hCG vial.
Then repeat step 6.
For 2,500 IU vial of hCG, Inject 5.2ml of Bacteriostatic Water twice, for a total of 10.4ml.
